"Ants everywhere in the balcony. They came to our bathroom. We called housekeeping to cleaned them up. She brought the ant killer spray. Our room got very smelly with poison. She offered to love is to new room but we had one more night after we had stayed 4 nights there. So we asked and refresh our room and stayed there. Dloor seemed never moped. The sink smell like sewage. Lastly we didn't have hot water one night .... The staffs are very friendly and nice. We liked the location. We walked to the beach everyday. Many good restaurants in walkable distance. We enjoyed the mall and mini shop in the hotel."
