Then she tried to put me in a downstairs room with no view (i paid for ocean view).. she needs to be trained on how to accept hotels bookings!! The room was surface clean but there was terrible dark stains on toilet and the the light switches were very grubby. Wifi was off the first night.. it came back the following day, but did not reach my room"

"The room description and amenities do not correspond at all to what the hotel States on hotels.com. There is no minibar , but a dirty non functional mini refrigerator, no separate living room. The bathroom is filthy amd mildewed. The room tile floor is not clean."
