Mazar Pyramids Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed here as a family of four as parents with two older teenagers and had to separate rooms for two nights. The rooms were clean, good amenities. We had a room each with a hot tub as requested and had a view of the pyramids which was wonderful. The rooms were located along where the road is so it was a little noisy but it didn’t bother us at all. It wasn’t a hotel where you could just pop out anywhere walking wise as such but this was no bother as we had tours pre booked for pick up and collection from the hotel. We had the included breakfasts each morning which was lovely a good selection although was busy the first morning due to a large tour party staying at the hotel but the next morning was very quiet which could just be the timings. We also had two meals which again lovely and the restaurant has amazing views both day and night of the Pyramids. The pool as well as the surrounding of the pool area is really nice and much needed for relaxing after a long day. They have a Spa but we did not use it. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We would highly recommend and stay here again. For the price, distance to the Pyramids and to have a pool it was worth every penny."

Pyramids Sunrise Inn

10/10 Excellent

"One of the Most Memorable Parts of Our Trip to Egypt! I usually don’t write long reviews, but this place deserves a special mention. We arrived at Pyramids Sunrise Inn after a long and exhausting day exploring Cairo. All we wanted was a comfortable room and some rest, but what we experienced was so much more than that. The first surprise was the incredible rooftop view. Seeing the pyramids right in front of us while enjoying a cup of Egyptian tea was one of those moments you just don’t forget. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. Ahmed, the hotel manager, was incredibly welcoming and took the time to chat with us, share some local recommendations, and make sure we were enjoying our stay. It honestly felt more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel. One evening, we spent hours on the rooftop just enjoying the atmosphere. The staff kept offering us tea and snacks without charging anything extra, which was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everyone working there seemed genuinely happy to help. I’ve stayed at much more expensive hotels that didn’t come close to this level of personal attention. If you’re visiting Cairo and want somewhere with amazing pyramid views, warm hospitality, and a real Egyptian atmosphere, this is a wonderful choice. Thank you to Ahmed and the entire team for making our time in Giza so memorable. We’d happily stay here again!"

Swiss Inn Pyramids Golf Resort

8/10 Good

"I enjoyed everything about this hotel, except for the extremely loud music during the evening events. The noise was terribly disturbing and continued until 11 PM every single night I stay in many hotels, but I have rarely experienced music this loud. I strongly recommend that hotel management monitor noise levels using a decibel meter to ensure they remain within acceptable standards and do not disturb guests It is unfortunate that such an otherwise excellent hotel allows excessive noise to negatively affect the guest experience"

Pyramids sunshine view

8/10 Good

"The host at the rooftop is excellent. The guy (Muhammed) working the late evening front desk shift until the morning is very helpful, speaks good English, and overall honest. The girl working the front desk is a liar very dishonest. My dining bill was 1887 egyptian pounds (I gave the host a tip on the table) and decided on her own to round up my tab. I paid it because she said she had no change. When I paid my taxi to the airport again they had no change so I did not accommodate her scheme. I gave a tip to the taxi driver directly. The only reason I'd advise not to stay here again is because it's 22 minutes away from the new museum and about 25 minutes away from Sphinx. 45 minutes from the Airport with no food options within walking distance. We tried walking to a corner store and restaurant but the side streets were dirt and no one could understand us on how to reach the restaurant. The alleys had been bricked off where the map thought it was a road to pass through."
