I had a great experience during my stay at the property. The housekeeping ensured my room was always clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were friendly as well, and ensured my food was good. Overall, I am pleased and satisfied with the service. Additionally, I appreciate the birthday gesture offered to me by the hotel staff members.

Hotel is in a great location, set back on a quiet end of a hectic road. Only a 10-15 minute taxi to the pyramids/GEM. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. We had a poolside room which was great for easy access to the pool facilities. The breakfast is brilliant, lots of hot and cold choices with a stunning view of the Giza pyramids. All the staff were great, meeting us on arrival, carrying our bags and were helpful with of our queries. Thanks for a great stay.

I had such an incredible stay and truly enjoyed every part of my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone made sure I was comfortable, helped whenever I needed anything, and genuinely made me feel cared for throughout my stay. The rooftop restaurant was definitely one of my favorite parts. The servers were amazing—always attentive, generous, and so friendly. Being able to enjoy a meal while overlooking the pyramids was absolutely beautiful. Having a room with a pyramid view made the experience even more special! I also loved relaxing by the pool, enjoying the sunshine, and hearing the variety of music they played. And the unexpected bonus was getting to watch fireworks almost every night from the wedding celebrations nearby—it made my evenings even more memorable. Thank you to the entire staff for making my time in Egypt so lovely and special. I left with some beautiful memories and would definitely recommend staying here! ❤️🇪🇬

Absolutely no sound proofing at this hotel. We had to forfeit our last night and move to another hotel. The beeping from street cars all night, stray dog fights and the call to prayer sirens that start at 4.30am meant there was no sleep. Even with apple noise cancelling headphones i could still hear it. Also the bed was rock hard and terrible quality sheets. Aside from that the hotel is lovely, staff are great, it’s clean and the restaurant has fantastic food. I think it’s just a slip up in the build of the hotel. Very strange, I’ve never experienced a hotel or airbnb with absolutely no sound proofing before, especially with 4 stars. If you need to sleep I wouldn’t recommend it 😬 we were on the road side, maybe if you were on the opposite side with no views the sound proofing might be better?

Our room was amazing, we splurged a little bit on the corner room with a pyramid/“mountain” view and jacuzzi. The room was HUGE and very clean. The complementary breakfast buffet was great. The restaurant/balcony area was AMAZING and sooooooo beautiful. Uber was able to drop us off and pick us up here easily.

A great night stay. The reception are exceptional and courteous. I slept comfortably and well, especially after long flights, comfort was a big plus. The restaurant has amazing choice for breakfast and I’m partial to the cinnamon roll (made with croissant pastry), so brilliant. Very fresh orange juice and great fruit. The hot choices are delicious as well. Will be back the next time I’m back in Giza.

The view to the pyramids from the terrace is amazing. The staff was really nice and the food in the restaurant was good as well. It is a great hotel for your visit to Cairo, you can explore the city during the day and have some food or drinks with a great view of the pyramids during the evening.

We had a triple room with a balcony - could sit outside and see the pyramids. Very clean room and amazing cleaning staff - each day we came home it was perfect. Great water pressure and hot water. Great showers. The pool is big enough to do short laps and is heated. The top floor restaurant has a great view of the pyramids and offers a good mix of food. We were here 8 nights so we had breakfast everyday and dinner for 4 of the nights. We had gone to other more much more expensive restaurants and it was on par. This location is down the road from the chaos immediately by the pyramids - we liked being close to the action but not stuck in it. We recommend this hotel.

The staff are so attentive. Couldn’t have asked for better. Breakfast had a lot of choice and they were happy to cook anything else fresh. We are vegetarian but they were happy to adapt the menu for us. Egypt is not very vegetarian friendly. Any issues were immediately resolved. Rooms were adequate and the pool was clean and well kept. Lovely at the end of a day sightseeing. I would happily stay here again. Thank you to all the staff who made our trip so special.
