"I paid for a 3 bed room and got a double with an additional small bed in an airless entrance area. It was so small the entrance door only opened half way. I went to discuss this with reception and all I got was a push off from the male clerk at the desk. Expedia's help desk were great in calling the hotel and getting me additional room at a reduced price (not free but it should have been). Thank you Expedia. Hotel staff were rubbish. "A fuir, logement pas propre, les lits infestés de punaise de lit, salle de bain avec de la moisissure partout et une évacuation d'eau pas suffisante donc la salle d'eau est inondé en deux secondes. La poubelle de la cuisine n'etait pas vidé avec des aliments moisis depuis plusieurs jours j'imagine, nous l'avons signalé et le personnel au téléphone nous a dit que nous avions réservé que la chambre donc nous n'avions pas a nous soucier de la poubelle (ou jeter ses ordures alors?).
