"This cabin was extraordinary and much needed for my son and I. The cabin is fully stocked. We could've arrived with the clothes on our back, shopped at the local market and felt like we were home. Even provided beach towels for the hot-tub(nice jets) that sits under a canopy of trees... next level peace. The continuous sound of the flowing river was amazing. Beds are comfy and host is a call away. Don't forget to check out the album on the coffee table.. provides lots of detail for your stay. We were hoping to see one of our big furry friends(at a distance)... but doesn't mean they didn't see us. Sharing their space was a gift and the view is amazing. Even after almost a week, we weren't quite ready to go. We will be back!"

"This home was absolutely amazing—peaceful, relaxing, and impeccably maintained. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it's the little touches that truly make this place special. From providing birdseed and corn to attract the deer to having extra amenities available for guests traveling with their dogs, Bob and Ann have gone above and beyond to create a welcoming experience.The river was beautiful, and we even enjoyed a little fly fishing during our stay. Everything about this property made it the perfect getaway. Bob and Ann have created something truly special, and we are so grateful they shared their home with us. We can't wait to return!"

"We had to wait literally 10-15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. We called the "800" number to ring the front desk while standing there and still no one. Finally, a young man emerged from somewhere down the hall. While we were checking in "later," it was only 8:30-9:00pm. Weird! Then, we got to our room and as soon as we turned on the lamp....the power to the entire room went out. Weird again! We moved rooms...no issues changing, but this room had a bad odor (like urine). It was 10:00pm at this point and we were tired, so we toughed it out. We did let the front desk know of the odor when we checked out the next morning. The staff was friendly....the breakfast was good....the property was ok other then these specific issues."
