"Unfortunately room service was not provided until the 4th day, only after the matter was brought to their attention. The wash basin was leaking at the base, thus a wet bathroom floor everytime it was used. Appreciate the free toiletries but one toothbrush and the shampoo have been previously used when we checked in."

"Breakfast buffet was good, had different options per day, lots of bread, cereals, fruits, coffee, several viands and an omelette station plus a juice section as well. Staff in Kuna (restaurant) were friendly and accommodating. I had a foot spa at the second floor which was relaxing. I wasnt able to try their pool area but i saw it had a nice view. Overall, from the clean room, large lcd tv, bath and shower, friendly and accommodating staff, i would say i enjoyed my two night stay here. And oh, they have covered parking as well."
