It felt like all the attention went to building a beautiful 5 star resort, but there was no staff training to create the experience you’d expect at a place this nice. We sat at the pool for about 20mins and were handed our menus (There was only 2 other people at the pool this entire time). After about 40+ mins we realized no one was coming back to take our order. We had to walk to 3 separate restos/bar because no one seemed"

"We were welcomed by the most lovely flowers in our room for our honeymoon trip, which we loved! I had to give it less stars though because there were bloodstains on the second set of sheets when they cleaned, and it certainly wasn’t from us, so it was gross but they changed it as soon as we noticed and told them. "The actual villa we stayed in was pretty clean, it is beautiful inside as well. Pool side area could use some cleaning/scrubbing. Staff were very helpful and nice, from the driver who picked us up and drove to the airport to the receptions and other staff. They were amazing to deal with, communication was awesome. We love it there. "
