"Truly superb hotel that lived up to our expectations, Our room was beautiful but it was all staff who made our visit - from the shuttle bus driver to restaurant and reception staff. Excellence in customer service .We had the degustation menu in Es Fanals restaurant which was exceptional .
Attentive but relaxing friendly service .
Wonderful spa with stunning views.
Only negative for some is that there are lots and lots of stairs to negotiate ! "
