"staff unhelpful, prices are outrageous in the bar and the mini bar is a rip off, the minute you arrive they take £200 off your card and charge it only returning what housekeeping deem correct, needless to say theres not really any change, wether you have had a bag of crisps and a coke or a mini bottle of vodka, id never stay here again. "We were disappointed by our stay at this hotel. The room was basic and the bathroom was small. The hotel is dated. Cleaners woke us every morning talking and parking cleaning trolleys outside the room. Also heard noise from neighbouring rooms when they used the shower. Water temperature changed during showering from cool to very hot. Pool area was nice but tied. Decided not to eat at the hotel more cost effective and nicer experience to eat local to the hotel. "

".If you are looking for a location which has easy access to everything then I guess this hotel is quite perfect .just a few walking distance from the train station ,the town ,close to lift going up and down the beach . Big room and has amenities like pool and sauna .though the opening time is a bit late for me and the duration . Staff attitude is a hit and miss there are some who will greet you with a smile and very willing to help but there are some who are not which I believe happen in every type of job anyway . Lots of shops and restaurant nearby . You have to pay for the safe and kettle if you want to use one ."

"Room was clean and property is as very well cared for. The breakfast buffet was very good. The onsite parking was very convenient and safe, but you need a small vehicle to take advantage of it as it is a tight fitting garage. This was typical of most garages we used. Would highly recommend this hotel. For us it was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go, 15 mins to city center and 30 or so to Alhambra, if you are in pretty good shape. Roads can be pretty steep to Alhambra."
