The people at the front desk were VEEEERY GOOOOD. The male person we started with was just great, and the young lady we continued with, after parking the car, was beautiful - the outlook as well as her manners (have to point out, that my wife was 100% of the same opinion 😉). Sorry I didn't memorized theirs names ☹️ Also. The room was very nice, the location good, so almost a ***** experience (almost, because nothing is perfect). Definitely a hotel I would recommend 👌

> Le séjour était correct dans l’ensemble. La chambre était propre mais aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement maintenance niveau de la porte de la salle de bain...etc. Le personnel était poli,toujours très disponible. Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié. Jai pas aimé les frais cachés, cest a dire qu'ils ont mis deux fois des sodas aux frigos que mes enfants ont consommé, sans mon consentement. Et à mon départ que j'ai payé..

Avoid this hotel, this hotel should not even be on Expedia! Picture of the bar on the listing is deceiving but the hotel is old, smells like cigarettes and outdated. Overall a very disappointing stay with very bad customer service. Car was damage in the garage with no one taking any sort of responsibility, hotel was under construction so no pool but we were not notified before our arrival, lobby and common areas smelled like cigarette. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel as there are so many other options that are better in Granada.
