"Spent 5 days in Åland and could have spent more. While it isn’t crowded post mid August, the property is in the quieter part of Åland, which we preferred. Sauna was super lovely, cottage was clean, more than ample kitchenware. All seemed new. Friendly staff who gave good travel tips and were able to buy stamps. "Top notch with everything you need and nothing you don’t. Clean modern rooms, spacious and airy. Good breakfast buffet. Pleasant and helpful staff at front desk. They’re used to the early/late ferries and are very flexible and helpful. I had a 1am ferry departure so they kept my bags for me during the day and then let me hang out in the very comfortable lounge for a couple of hours later on until the ferry terminal opened at 11pm. Only drawback would be if you don’t have a car/bike then it’s a fair ways out of the city center."
