"This place is peaceful, quite and very relaxing. Staff is really friendly, specially Tri My and Bich Hua they are always attending to our every needs. "The room was fine, the location ok on our way to the airport. The pool area was kind of dirty. I was charged an extra 10$ for a extra bed for my kid even though I specified we only needes the room for day use. Were unflexible on check in time. Would not recommend because the serivce was not accomodating. But 3 stars because they did prepare a take away breakfast (which was well intentioned but not very good). Needs hospitality training."

"Traveled with family. The room was generously sized, clean, and equipped with all modern conveniences. Being a newly built hotel, everything from the elevators to the room fixtures felt top-tier and well-maintained. The staff team was extremely sweet with our children and always eager to assist with food delivery and taxi calls. Top marks for hospitality!"
