It was very comfortable bed after a long day exploring da Nang and surrounding areas and staff were very friendly and helpful buffet breakfast had a good mix of east and western style food and we look forward to coming back again

I'm almost speechless. Everything you need is in house and you can walk to anything else...$3-$4 USD Grab for other stuff. The free breakfast buffet is awesome I'm here 16 days and have not tired of it yet. Same day laundy was 35,000 per kg. Staff are the best (!) they instructed me exactly where to go in Hoi An to get my shoes repaired (Vietnam does not sell larger than 10.5 US!) and the room feels like you are outdoors when you open the patio door. It's clean and bright and the walk in shower is a delight compared to doing a balancing act in bathtub showers! You are also 50m from the walking bridge. I will be back here on future trips. Oh, the staircase is also very walkable for exercise with a handrail. I love this place.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were amazing—so friendly and helpful. After an issue with our first room, they kindly upgraded us, which made our experience even better. When my friend got sick, they went out of their way to take care of us, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious, quiet, and spotless. The hotel's rooftop offers incredible views, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel slightly away from the crowds. We booked 2 rooms with balconies and had amazing views over the river, bridges and further afield. The rooftop pool was a wonderful respite from the hot humid weather and had stunning views. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Stayed 4 nights and would happily stay again.

Good room, great service

The room was good and thw staff were friendly and polite. The view from the pool was nice and the gym was equipped well wnough for a small room in a hotel. The only issue was the breakfast. It was not authentic, there were few dishes with no labels and only few vegan/vegeterian options. The served egg was great, as you coukd get it fresh as you like it.

Fivitel Da Nang offers solid value for money, especially for those seeking friendly service and scenic views. The staff were excellent – consistently professional, welcoming, and eager to help, which really elevated the overall stay. The hotel enjoys a great position along the river, and the views – particularly from higher floors and the rooftop infinity pool – are outstanding. Watching the sunset over the Han River was a real highlight. However, there are trade-offs. The hotel is located on a very busy, noisy road, which can be disruptive if you're in a street-facing room. It’s also slightly removed from the main tourist areas, though this is reflected in the competitive pricing. The facilities are mixed. The fitness centre is poorly equipped and feels neglected. The decor throughout the hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment. The on-site restaurant was also underwhelming, both in food quality and overall presentation. In summary, this would likely be a 3-star experience based on facilities alone, but the excellent staff and beautiful river views justify a 4-star rating. Ideal for travellers who value service, views, and affordability over luxury.
