Hotel seems to be going in a downwards direction when it comes to staff, food (breakfast) as well as room and bulding facilities which are deteriorating. Still okay, but if not fixed soon, I'll avoid this hotel in the future. PS. I stayed in this hotel for over 7 years now in dozens of times. The location still remains the main positive point.

Fiz a reserva para 3 pessoas e chegando no quarto identifiquei que a cama de solteiro/sofá cama não estava pronta. Questionei a recepção do hotel para arrumar a cama e pra minha surpresa, o atendente/recepcionista mandou eu pegar os lençóis e travesseiro na recepção e eu arrumar a cama. Achei um absurdo isso! Hotel bom, com boas dependências mas, falta mais profissionais capacitados pra atender bem o cliente.

O hotel é ótimo, bem localizado, ótimo café da manhã, apenas tive duas experiências no apartamento que precisam melhorar, o frigobar não estava funcionando e, no box do banheiro, existiam pontos de mofo que precisam ser removidos. No mais, tudo ótimo.
