"Great hotel, lovely rooms and comfy bed. Stayed for 2 nights visiting family. Used the car park which is underground but has loads of space as it’s used by the museum visitors. Staff really good, plenty of them working in bar, restaurant etc. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Couldn’t fault this hotel, it’s quirky, full of character. "

"The Malmaison is centrally located. The breakfast was very good but the best part was the staff. The manager who booked us in was very courteous and and went over and above in upgrading our room, sorting a late checkout and making the stay that little bit more special for my partner's birthday.
