Beautiful place. Pool stays open pretty late. Full bar with food options. Room was very nice. Staff is very nice and helpful. Security guard on duty that walks the property all night..
Overall stay was nice because on beach. Rental guy on beach was the best. Hotel and property definitely not as upgraded or nice as picture indicates.
Manager was nice and room was clean.
Mission accomplished to have a night on the beach but would not recommend if going by photo and want a longer stay than a night or two.
Basically ocean view. Nice, clean and comfortable beds. I liked the ceiling fan in the room. We stayed for 1 night. But next time will do 2. 5 min walk from our room to the beach. Pool looked nice and landscape around property was pretty. Ice machine was a plus!
when we register the front desk clerk was either not feeling well or in a bad mood. she checked us in and forgot to give us our parking permit that included the gate code
we had to walk back to the front desk to get the code to enter the parking lot
The staff was not helpful at all, I stayed in a lower floor room, and the family above were careless about the kids they had with them. I came there to rest and enjoy the beach and well the resting part was horrible. With all the noise and jumping We did not sleep at all.
This was a stay over the $200 mark for such an unpleasant experience.

The windows had spider webs in the corners inside the room.
Also there was a live cockroach in the bathroom floor, I called and receptionist said we were in Florida and probably there was another kind of bug. So what? Then its ok?? It was a terrible experience
I'm giving it a 4 because when we arrived to check in, we were given a room with two queen beds, even though I had reserved an apartment. I had to go back to the front desk, explain the situation, and show my reservation. Even then, I had to argue to get the accommodation I had actually booked. Once we got to the apartment, it didn't even have a kitchen, which was another feature included in my reservation. We decided to make the best of it and enjoy the beach instead of letting it ruin our vacation. Everything else was fine, but I won't be coming back. When you book a hotel, you expect them to honor your reservation and provide the accommodations you reserved.
First thing. I'm 80 and with cancer. No elevator. First time I've had to climb stairs and with suitcases, as well, in a number of years. My hips are not doing good at all, now. Place is old and not worth the amount charged by any means. We wanted a beach-side room. We got placed in the farthest room from the beach. A great deal of walking. We only went to beach once. There were 3 remotes in the room. No visible instructions how to operate. After some time of researching we found the correct remote. Coffee cups were 1/2 the size of standard cups. Coffee maker was filthy. Furniture was old and uncomfortable. Bed were "ok" to a point. Unit was relatively clean. Folk were smoking on the property and seemingly employees also.
The resort itself was very nice to stay in on the beach…the issue was once we arrived to check into our room. We arrived late Friday evening and checking in the attendant said, “I knew this would happen we are overbooked and your room isn’t available” and stated I had only paid for 1 night when in fact it was 2 nights and I had the receipt to prove it. I was told we would have to move rooms the second day and they would put us in a very nice room for the night and would offer us something for having to move rooms…the room we received was the same type of room I had already booked…finally got in room and next day rolls around to move and had to wait around for half the day to get word the other room was ready and took time away from our trip after being told it would be a priority to get our room ready. Quite the pain having to wait around and waste the day waiting for someone to finally know something.
Checked in for an apartment unit at front desk. To get a parking pass, they tried to get me to sign up for an 90 min presentation for the timeshare. You are able to bypass that if you stick to it! Upon entering the unit though, the musty smell hits you as soon as you enter. Also unit didn’t have a stove in it like advertised. Went to Publix for a few things to have for the next day. Came back in to find a bed bug in the pull out couch!! I took the bed bug up to front desk wrapped in paper towel. Front desk lady told me to throw it away. She then proceeded to tell me that there was no other apartment unit available for my family to be transferred to. She said I could check out and get refunded since the bed bug was found. After calling Expedia and told them the situation, I was told it was escalated to the manger. Two days later I received an email saying that no refunded would be sent but only sent me OneCash that doesn’t even touch the amount I paid!!! I called the resort myself to ask why I wasn’t getting a refund and was told by the reservation department that their pest control couldn’t find any evidence of bed bugs. I told her I took it up to the front desk even and she still told me sorry, FL has a lot of bugs. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE OR THRU EXPEDIA!!!! Terrible service all around!
I do not like this property at all. There was no help regarding the staff. It was not as clean as it was shown to be in the pictures. The pictures are very deceiving. The pullout bed in the living room was very flat. It needs to be replaced. I don’t know how they expect anyone to sleep on there. It was a horrible experience overall at night. It’s pitch black there’s no lighting. That’s adequate. There was some type of pool party going on till late, which was disturbing when we had to wake up early for a trip we barely got any sleep because of this pool party.
