"I had cold showers because I guess the hot water ran out, the heat was not working when I first got there and there were no extra trash bags or towels. I found a hairbrush under my bed as well. Nice area and the pool was nice."

"Our room had a horrendous smell that burnt our eyes, gave us a headache, short of breathe and caused dizziness. We got our room switched which didnt have a smell, while waiting at the desk several other people said they wanted put in a complaint. The elevators were treacherous, they dont post the elevators certificate just a sign sayimg ask at the desk, it rattled like crazy, the doors open before being stopped. Plus i paid 85. To park! I will not go back and will be contacting the corporation and the owner of the location "

"Pee stain on the comforter that was being hidden by the additional white piece. The audit specialist running the desk came off as rude and uninterested. The toilet stopped flushing (not that it was backed up) and I was advised that he would give me a plunger to attempt and resolve the issue and if that didn’t work I would need to wait until that evening for it to be addressed. Maybe they were short staffed. Overall it was decent, but I don’t know if it was worth what I paid per night."

"Perfect for location. Right next to beach. Very loud and kinda sketchy ppl hang around. Maintenance ppl just opened room on two different occasion’s and so felt privacy violated but other than that it’s a basic hotel to sleep for the night. Not too bad for the price. "

"This was my first time staying at the Hilton Vacation Club, and it was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly; it was a very private area, super safe, clean, and beautiful. Everything is incredibly convenient; you can simply text a number if you need more towels. Each "room" is basically an entire apartment in which you get to yourself. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite for free upon arrival. Checkout is also super easy; just drop your keys in the box on the way out the gate. Would recommend a thousand times over!"
