"The staff was very pleasant even at 11 pm for a late check in. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and our room was clean and beautiful. There is a washer and dryer in the room so bring some detergent if your looking to keep you clothes was for your stay. The kitchen was pretty new looking and the fireplace was pretty. There isn't any USB ports in the room so make sure you have a charger with a plug. The tv also was not a smart TV but there was a dvd player. Parking is first come first serve so arriving late meant parking a little further away in the overflow area but it's expected late at night. It's quiet and family friendly. Would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is in an excellant location. Our room overlooked the beach and water and had a balcony with chairs for sitting outside. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I especially liked the updated room decor and the laundry room for guests. The hotel has been updated from an older facility and some parts look older. The breakfast had some fresh items which included waffles, eggs, apples, juices and biscuits and gravy and items were refilled. A highlight of our stay was watching the sunrise from our room and balcony."

"Rooms were clean, just old. They do have roaches, they were seen in our suite and in my parents suite. I didn't like having to take out the trash at the end of my stay either. I don't know why that bothers me so much, but having to put garbage in my car, really made my blood boil!! It wasn't bad but for the money we paid, I wouldn't go back. "

"I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering I paid over $300. The environment was extremely loud, the bathtub was clogged and drained very slowly, and there were no towels available after using the pool. The pool itself was nice, but that was one of the few positives. We also had to pay extra for parking, which made the experience even more frustrating. On top of that, we never even got the chance to try the breakfast because security accused us of smoking and removed us from the hotel. Overall, this was a very poor experience and not worth the money at all."
