"We loved everything about the Gainsborough, the staff were very helpful, the Spa was brilliant, the room was clean and today, also the maid was very polite and helpful. We were also upgraded to the Gainsborough suite as we mentioned it was our 25th anniversary so this was a plenty surprise, the hotel went above and beyond as they laid on a complementary fridge of drinks, a bottle of wine and a big box of Bath cheeses. Truly wonderful stay - thank you we come again."

"Hotel was easy to find and in a good location near lots of things to do. Receptionist at check in was an absolute doll, very friendly and my room was even upgraded for free. The room was clean, bed soft, noise level was pretty good. The building itself is pretty old, the rooms have physical keys and old style doors and the floors are a bit creaky, but that's not a problem. Great place for the price, would absolutely stay there again. "

"Fantastic spa day and overnight stay at the Celtic Manor. Staff were courteous and professional in all areas of the hotel, food was superb, our suite was stunning, the spa facilities were wonderful. We had such a magical time. We are already discussing our return! "
