"great staff, great location, breaksfast was amazing being next to the mall was great. Rooms are a little small but doable. Parking was good was given a pass to the mall parking and didn't have issues finding a spot. be sure you can back into a parking spot. BBQ and karoke by the pool was great. only issue is getting into the property as there is really only one car entrance. If you get there during traffic its frustrating"

"Pool was clean and not crowded. Small supermarket close by along with bank ATM and Jollibee. Major mall SM a 3-4 min trike ride away. Although there is a cabaret club R&B at the top end of street the hotel is in a quiet area but only a 5 min taxi ride from Walking/Red Street "

"This is my second day at the Kingsley and the staff and service have been outstanding. On both visits, I actually met one of the owners who was kind and gracious. The bar selection is amazing, especially if you’re a whiskey drinker. I will try to stay there at least for a short while on all of my visits."
