"Another wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Manila! What really makes this hotel special is the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. A special shout-out to kuya Zaldy, who remembered us from our last visit six months ago, greeted us like old friends, and even remembered our favourite drink! That kind of personal touch is what keeps us coming back. Jen-Lou from housekeeping is also fantastic, always friendly, attentive, and making sure everything is just right. The breakfast is wonderful, with a great selection, and overall, the hotel offers some of the best value in Manila. We always feel welcome here and look forward to returning!"

"Great room with super-comfy bed and linen. Only downside was there was no view, but apart from that, really great and spacious room. Room service was always prompt and friendly. The staff in general were very helpful and made the stay a great one. Great location add there is a shopping center nearby and nightlife area in walking distance."
