This is really an exceptional hotel at a very reasonable rate. I don’t say that often. The staff were incredible at every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay north of Cincinnati.

Room was very spacious. Staff was very helpful including checking in via text shortly after checking in as well as being very responsive to any problems that arose or questions we had. Would prefer a larger selection on breakfast Would overall recommend staying here

The room was clean. Staff was nice upon check-in. Air conditioner made such a horrible noises all night long that it was hard to rest. Pillows were flat was difficult to rest due to the AC unit.

Breakfast options were very limited. There were bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal and yogurt. The walls are very thin so you hear everything. They have one elevator and it was extremely slow. The service desk was fine and the beds were comfortable. There was water dripping from a light in the main lobby. They did just recently renovate and paint.

The service was in the morning (The gentleman was of Indian descent) Very UNFRIENDLY HORRIBLE . The room was COLD no heat in the room . Large Dog barking in the next room . Room key had to be exchanged SEVERAL times because it did not work. The evening staff Amelia and the African American gentleman were amazing. I will not recommend NOR WILL I return!

Newly opened, staff was very friendly. The rooms are very affordable, clean and plenty of outlets for electronic devices. Air conditioner was on point.One problem in my room was the tub was too slippery for a shower without a towel in the bottom to prevent falling.

Empty milk jugs in the refrigerator when we got there. No freezer part and the the refrigerator either could not get the ice blocks to be frozen for my cooler. Fire alarm at 2:00 in the morning was not good. Floors were dirty in the room and in the hallway. And the elevator made one hell of a rocket all the time when he rode it up and down.

Room had dirty sheets. Main door to room did NOT close. Phone in room did not work. Dirty comb on the floor. Shower wall was filthy. I checked out 3 hours after arriving as I had to find another place to stay after driving 5 hours. The place is disgusting.

The staff was very friendly, but my room was never cleaned for the whole duration of my stay. This included no restock of towels, no changing of my sheets, etc. One of my guests also got locked in the bathroom and the door have to be broken down. No one ever came to clean up the scattered woodchips until we said something.

I BOOKED A KING ROOM THROUGH EXPEDIA. WAS GIVEN A DOUBLE ROOM AT CHECK IN. I ADDRESSED IT AT THER END OF MY STAY. ATTENDANT DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE MUCH SYMPATHY FOR ME. I BOOKED SPARK SPECIFICALLY FOR A KING AT $600. COULD HAVE EASILY GOTTEN A DOUBLE MUCH CLOSER TO MY DESTINATION SIKTE FOR $450. NOT HAPPY WITH THE PROPERTY. WON'T BE USING SPARK OR HILTON AGAIN!
