The hotel was perfectly located right around the corner from great restaurants and all the amenities of the city. Clean, friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Would stay there again.
Lovely hotel.
Customer service was exceptional. The manager actually gave us great information. Things to visit greeted us as if we knew him when we returned and asked us. How was our adventures? Great customer service was given from all the employees.
Extremely attentive and friendly staff, very accommodating, we enjoyed our stay very much!
The location was perfect for the activities that we had planned.
10/10, we will be coming back!
A perfect location to park your car for the stay and walk to so many great places. We went to a Reds game, ate across the street, walked up to the art school for an event before going to the riverfront for the festival. The next morning we took a short walk to get cinnamon rolls from The Roll.
The staff were friendly and so kind with any request. It is a small but nice hotel that was quiet and peaceful. The rooms were well maintained and clean.
We had an amazing trip and would happily book again!

Liked: Staff & service
For the price, I expected a ton more out of this hotel. First, the great: almost every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. One standout in particular was Christian, who was at the front desk when I arrived and helped us get our belongings up into the room. But the room. I booked the Executive King. The room had a useful layout and lots of windows, however the views were blocked by neighboring buildings, making us feel claustrophobic. The sofa is basically like sitting on two-by-fours. And the room and bathroom were fairly dinged up. Again, this was extremely disappointing when dropping $1,400 for a four night stay.
The room was spotless. The lovely woman at check-in was a delight. Efficient, kind, and took the extra time to point out some of the hotel’s amenities. We will certainly choose this hotel again in the future.
Great central location, however the doors into the rooms are extra heavy, so when people are entering or leaving at 4 am, you’ll be guaranteed to hear them!
The Ned was very inviting but the pillows were too high and I left with a stiff neck.
Hotel staff were very inviting and helpful. With a little corrections, this hotel wild be on my list of faves!
