We had a spectacular stay! The service was truly first-class, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurant servers were excellent, and the live music during lunch was one of the highlights of our stay. Everything was spotless, and we were made to feel especially welcome while celebrating our anniversary. All of our special requests were handled perfectly, which made the experience even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Chicago. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and incredibly well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. Our room was comfortable and spotless, and the entire property had such a relaxing, upscale atmosphere. The service truly stood out and made our stay feel special. Every detail was handled with care, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a five-star experience!

I have stayed at the Peninsula many times. They are advertising their 25th anniversary in Chicago now. In many ways, it is the same Peninsula. Excellent service and plush accommodations. In other ways, it is looking tired. It is not as clean as it could be. Little things are missing. At the Z Bar for example, the bar let's you sit down without cleaning the area after others have left. The rooms are clean but looking older now. I'll probably come back, but I'll look at other options next time I travel to Chicago. I would say Peninsula in Chicago is very good but not amazing anymore.
