The location of this VRBO was perfect. Only took about 15-20 minutes to get to downtown Chicago. The check in process with the electronic key was quick and efficient. The place was plenty big and clean. It was quiet and we felt safe throughout the stay. Would recommend!!

The space was clean, beds, pillows snd couches were comfy, and in a very good area. For the most important things it was just what we needed. The rooms are all off the living space and don’t block out sound very well, which is fine - just take into account for your group dynamics and schedule.Small things were frustrating - initially had no hot water until we realized the hot water pipes were turned off, easy to turn on but that was weird. One room had no curtains, tough with floor to ceiling windows. 8 towels for 8 people (no extra), only 3 garbage bags and the final few pieces of a paper towel roll. This felt frugal and made parts of our experience more difficult esp when trying to clean up at checkout. I’d encourage mgmt to provide more of these essential supplies, and then it’d be a great spot.

Upon checking in we had reserved 2 parking spots but one parking spot was in use by someone else. The host was responsive but couldn’t solve the issue in a timely fashion. The unit had 2 bathrooms that were locked and I had to pick them to get access. The unit was ok except for the rug in the living room was stained. We had a washer but no dryer. Overall it was just ok.
