The breakfast is very good relatively speaking. They still have complimentary cocktails at happy hour. The suites are quite comfortable and I really like the skylit atrium. Unfortunately they had a lot of problems with elevators and that created inconveniences for the entire stay. Also, I expect to be offered water as a Hilton honors member and I had to request water.

Only one elevator made getting to and from your room trying. Trash from previous patrons was left in the trashcan in our room, but other than that the hotel was nice and clean. Bar area with the complementary drinks was nice and breakfast was very good with plenty of options.

The staff were all very friendly! The evening snacks were a nice touch! Only bad thing about the stay was that only 1 of the guest elevators was working. That lead to LONG lines to get up and down on a busy holiday weekend. Other than that, great stay!

We enjoyed our visit. Our room could use some maintenance (room 206) The shower faucet was hard to turn on as it was stuck in the up position. The faucet was loose and I was worried it would come out of the wall. Other than that, we enjoyed our visit.

Everything about our stay was wonderful with one exception. They were hosting a wedding, a family, reunion, and overnight guests for a concert. The hotel has 3 elevators to move their patrons over many levels. Only 1 elevator was working. It was frustrating to hike 5 floors. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful. The bar experience was gracious and knowledgeable and breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay again and recommend this establishment.

The staff was incredibly attentive and sweet! However there are like 9 floors and only one of the three elevators is working. According to an employee they have been down for months. This made the morning a bit more difficult. Pretty disappointing for this establishment. The breakfast was a basic hotel breakfast. The evening reception is always an appreciated addition. Our room was clean. The wall/entry door is far from sound proof. Thankfully the main bed was in another back room.
