"Stayed here several times and always been great, first time in the basement. No natural light, lots of noise from bar upstairs. Not sure a room can be accurately referred to as deluxe if it’s underground. Would not have booked if I’d known this was a possibility, should be stipulated as a room option when booking."

The only let down was the lack of gluten free options on the menu in the restaurant for our evening meal. It took 3 staff for me to explain my dietary needs for coeliac disease before finally being offered an adapted chicken dinner."
