The staff are very friendly and helpful, from reception to the restaurant. The room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom could do with a better clean but everything else was fine. The shuttle bus to the airport is quite helpful if you are not driving.

It’s a little confusing when you are booking the Novotel hotel since there are multiple locations. This location is nice because you can walk across the canal and it’s a nice way to see the city. It’s close to a wonderful breakfast spot on the canal!

Staff were all excellent and worked incredibly hard and made this stay enjoyable and stress free. The room was clean, spacious & well equipped. The quality of food in the restaurant was disappointing for price paid (e.g Crispy chicken burger - £20). Breakfast selection was good, but quality mixed (e.g hot items good but pastries were dry/very small). The airport shuttle was well organised & ran on time.

Lovely relaxing decor in bedroom, very clean and nice towels. Restaurant was a bit basic and felt a little grubby, Standard food like a Wetherspoons but at very inflated prices with no option to visit anywhere else locally. Staff friendly and professional. Would stay again, but maybe eat before we arrived in the evening!

The hotel is good. Further removed from the airport than you’d think though, and costs £4 per person to get there via the shuttle bus, which isn’t often mentioned. The food and lounge were nice. The only gripe would be the air conditioning which didn’t keep up with the heat in the room and only cooled down in the middle of the night. Fix that, and you’ve got a winner.

The property was a nice location to the airport. However, I was a little taken back that the airport shuttle is a few for adults and not included in the hotel cost.
