The hotel is located in the center of Alacati which is both convenient but at the sometime is very noisy at night. The staff are very helpful but there was no daily room service and we had to ask for the room service or changing the towels. We also didn't get the free breakfast which was advertised and had to pay extra for our breakfast. Make sure you are clear on all the extras when you book or order anything as they will add up. Everything is very expensive in Alacati and people change the prices as they wish so in general it's a good location for a weekend but not for a long stay. I personally won't go there in the future .
