"Stained linens, shower wouldn't drain, musty smell and in this day and age, what hotel doesn't offer a mini fridge in room? It's in Georgetown, and the staff is very nice. That's about all it has going for it."

"This is the second time we've stayed here as a family. Rooms are clean. Staff was nice and accommodating. I love the complimentary drinks given, and the breakfast is great. My kids approved it too. I will say that watch the clearance in the garage because just because you can drive in there only the first level prior to the ramps/turns will accommodate a luggage carrier on top of your roof. Unfortunately I learned the hard way and smashed mine beyond repair and I had just bought it. I did notice a clearance sign hanging just beyond where we fit, after. "

"There was no soap n shampoo and no toiletry and I asked the morning front desk staff for 30min late check out n she didn’t gave me 10min late check out worst and horrible staff she was. The morning lady staff was worst and horrible and not cooperative and helpful and she had bad attitude and very very rude. I wish I knew her name. It was on Sunday morning.. Even there was no soap, no shampoo and no any toiletries. Worst. Not at all happy with my stay. I had two rooms."

"Excellent hotel, staff was great room was fantastic,even had a balcony. This place is right in the middle of everything in old town. No need for a car can walk to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"
