"Checking in was horrible ! Got to our room and the room was dirty. Bed wasn’t made , clothes from previous guess laying on the floor , bugs in the sheets! Breakfast was horrible! The man that was putting the food out was cleaning with gloves then fixing food with the same gloves. Parking is sketchy as well. "

"Room smelled like mold/mildew. Stains all over couch, walls, and carpet. Ice box was turned off. Old coffee was left in coffee pot. Painted over Water damage on bathroom door. A/c struggled to keep room cool. Pictures online Definitely are outdated. "

"The room smelled musty and felt damp. The shampoo had water in it to make it go further. I’m pretty sure my kids were bitten by bed bugs. One of our towels was dirty. Folded but dirty. The staff was great though. Check in was easy the lady at the front desk was very helpful. We even left something in our room and had to return to pick it up and they had it waiting for us. The views were nice too. Not sure I would stay again."
