"Great location next the downtown area of Vernazza but off the street and minimal walking to access the accommodation. The stairs down from the loft bedroom is steep in case you have mobility issues. The sofa bed is within comfortability expectations. They very generously provided a welcome bottle of proseco and the studio had coffee and tea, pastries and biscuits. Perfect for our one night stay. "

"The location was fantastic. The property was located right off the train station. The access to the apartment key was easy, and we were greeted by the rental company where we were escorted to the apartment. There were a a lot of stairs however, to get the view from our balcony was well worth it . "

"Wonderful location. Typical Italian villa setting. If you are from an area where A/C is standard, be aware that this place does not have it. There is a fan and you can open the windows, though the noise from the street below could be bothersome. The clothesline was awesome. "

"Monica was such a great host! I wish I could give a 6-star rating if there was one. Her whole family waited late and greeted us on a cold rainy night. Our car had some scratches and I asked them what store in Italy we could buy stuff to rub off the scratches before we return the car the next day. "Pros: Innanzitutto abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la gentilezza della proprietaria Francesca, poi l’appartamento si trova in un posto tranquillo e permette di raggiungere in relativamente poco tempo le località vicine. L’appartamento al nostro arrivo era pulitissimo e offre tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno di qualche giorno.
