"I stayed there for 3 nights and the bed was super comfortable, washroom was clean and desk was compact. The room I got was tiny… but just fine for 1 person. No view, online check in did not provide sufficient info about hotel. Cleaning staff were like ninjas. Security issue, anyone can come up without a card. Didn’t know about the gym or any other amenities. The restaurant connected was great!!! Loved it!"

"The staff is fantastic and there is a connected bar/cafe for breakfast and lunch and an Italian restaurant for dinner. The room we had was a bit small, but manageable. It was very clean and the bed was made up every day. It had a Keurig machine, which was a nice touch. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because there is very little shelf space, in the bathroom, to put toiletries. I mean, there is less room than you'd get in a cruise ship cabin bathroom! But, if that isn't an issue for you, the price is right, the place is clean, the staff is great, and we met a LOT of guests who were either waiting to embark on a new cruise or were staying there at the end of a cruise."

"For a very expensive hotel, it was disappointing. There seemed to be a shortage of staff at reception. The room was pleasant enough but the platform for the bed was wider than the mattress and, as a result, I badly bruised my shin. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillow were too hard and too thick for comfort."

"Stay away! If you like to have a good nights rest and sleep, stay away. You can hear people walking upstairs, talk upstairs, you can hear people talking outside through out the night, screaming, singing, yelling. You can hear the faucet running from the rooms next door to you. Door slamming all night long. Unsure how this has gotten 4.7 rating don’t believe it for a second. Oh and the rooms had a sewage smell to them. The only redeeming quality was a clothes steamer in the room."

"Everything about our stay was fantastic. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. Our room was clean and very quiet which was surprising considering where hotel is located. We ate dinner at Moxies (delicious) and then walked over to Rogers Arena for a concert. Checking out was super quick and easy. I did deduct one star from the review and that is because of the elevators and the Parkade. There are two small elevators that are VERY slow. Now I understand that we were there during a very busy time but due to my disability I needed the elevator and sometimes you'd wait a loooong time. Also the elevator opens up directly into Moxies and there was a big line up to get in so trying to navigate elevator was awful. Also the parkade was dark, full of cobwebs and caution tape was up all around.... Not the most inviting. I will definitely stay here again (when I am able to use stairs again😂)."
