"Very helpful and courteous staff. Check in staff realized there was a better rate for the room type that I have booked, offered to help me change to the better rate and saved me a few bucks We stayed there few weeks ago, restaurant staff remembered us by name, and gave us our "preferred" table"

Fairmont Waterfront

Fairmont Waterfront

10/10 Excellent
"Fairmont Waterfront’s was the perfect location for me. It is only a quick 5-10 minute walk from the Sky train station coming from the airport. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in, housekeeping, service, bar, valet. The rooms are well kept and comfortable. Our TV didn’t work in our room and we were immediately moved into another room with an upgrade from our original booking. Right next door, there was a convenient food court and a drug store."
