The staff were extremely helpful and polite, it's an amazing deal for the price. Clean, nice decor and comfortable! Only a 30 minute walk to the City Centre, too. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is generally well maintained & presentable. The single room was clean, comfortable, well appointed & an adequate size. Unfortunately, it was hot & stuffy with no fan & rather noisy as it faced a busy main road (had to keep the window open due to the hot weather). The location of the hotel is good, about 15 minutes walk from the city centre.

Great value for money. Room was clean and had enough space. Bathroom was a good size and shower was pretty good. Decor was a bit dated and no option for breakfast, but did what we needed it to!

Excellent location outstanding staff could do with air conditioning as we was in room 31 on top floor and it was red hot and even with the window wide open it wouldn’t cool down but the time of year and the good weather would be something to do with it too … and a lot of traffic noise from main road but the room was outstanding so would definitely give it a 10 out of 10 and stop in it again …. Nothing too much trouble ……. Great transport links to city center as bus stops are directly infront of the hotel so once we parked our car up on a side street near by for free we left it there and traveled by bus for the full 3 days we was in Cardiff… Outstanding is an understatement and we will definitely stop there again when we visit the city of Cardiff again …. Thankyou once again for making our stay perfect in every way .

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Not too long of a walk to the centre and a nice and quiet space. The bathroom was in top condition aswell, no complaints at all staying here and parking is easy enough. If I go to Cardiff again I would come back here

Great location, lovely staff, the whole building smelled nice, the en suite and room were sparkling clean, and I got fresh towels every day. Plentiful parking on side streets and their own car park as well. I did get a really good deal on the stay but I highly recommend regardless.

Very nice staff very friendly room nice with very comfortable bed also quiet. Only problem if you have difficulty using stairs inform hotel before booking. I was right on top floor 3 and a bit floors up had difficulty with luggage and stairs. Apart from that a nice hotel
