"The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is very courteous and the premises are gorgeous. It’s nice to have a volcanic water pool even though in my opinion it should not be so hot. Both my girlfriend and I got a little dizzy after a while. I do recommend staying there though. The breakfast is fantastic! Location as well."

"Birding is spectacular. The grounds and trails are amazing. So many plants and animals. Beautiful views. Rooms are basic but clean. Food at the restaurant for dinner is average but service was consistently great. Breakfast was better. Overall service was excellent."

"The view from the room/hotel is everything. You can do lots of bird watching right from your balcony and there’s lots of wonderful wildlife around the grounds. The food was excellent breakfast as well as the dinner, really great quality food. Staff were helpful if needed something. It’s a little remote so you have to be willing to arrange shuttles or taxis if you don’t have a car. Also need to be able to walk around the grounds to get to places, but if you struggle or have luggage they arrange golf carts for people "
