"This place is overall a good stay. Could use some updating and a net for the pool would make sense. Pool was dirty and we couldn’t use it at first which was frustrating. Our neighbors let us borrow their net. Someone came by to clean it a couple days after we asked. was very nice Not really much info given upon check in…4 stars for location and ac worked very well."

"This was a lovely place to stay on the Pacific coast. Ocotal beach is a 5 minute walk from the condo, and we enjoyed walking, swimming & tide pool exploring daily. The welcome instructions were clear & communication with the property concierge was easy and response time was very quick. The condo was comfortable & well-stocked with necessary items for a beach vacation. We took a snorkeling/exploring boat trip one day and it was easy to arrange pickup at Ocotal beach.
