"Hotel was very good, only complaint would be that the room had a strong chemical smell. Flew in the early hours of the morning, 1.30am and got the free airport shuttle to the hotel, which was great. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. "

"The property was nice. The room was smaller than we was expected. There were not much activities for kids 9 and 10 years old to do there besides swimming. The food was great at the buffet. We have no luck to have reservations 4 restaurants any before 9 pm. We wish staff services at restaurants and around the pool more attentive like pick up empty plates, taking orders for drinks. One time we asked 3 times for water. But we went spring break the resort fill up with people. Maybe overload. Overall, we have good time "

"Our stay was great overall with the exception of some staff. The majority of staff were wonderful but there is one guy who works in the hotel's Pharmacy/Gift Shop who refused to provide change in USD citing the policy which actually was just the currency converter. "
