"We have stayed at FogCatcher many times and it’s one of our favorite hotels on Moonstone. This time I’m giving it four stars since we had a very long wait at check in (only one person was working and there was a line out the door of people trying to check in), and the pool is also still not fixed after being out of order for over a year. It seems like there are understaffing and property maintenance problems going on, which is unfortunate. Besides those two issues it was an excellent stay—the rooms are clean, great location, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. The fire pit area and hot tub are also great! They just need to fix the pool and stop leaving the front desk understaffed."
