"This is an old hotel and it’s obvious. The hallway carpets are disgustingly dirty. At the top of the stairwell is an old broken down ac unit. The room itself seems to have been upgraded a bit since our last stay. Flooring instead of carpet. The bed was comfortable. Not many amenities. Nothing for free. They charge a resort fee so you don’t even save much by staying there. No savings on spa treatments either. For the price I would expect more updated facilities and maybe even free continental breakfast but none of that is offered. We enjoy the pool and jacuzzis. "

"The pool and hottub options were great. The fire pit at night was nice. Really enjoyed having the private pool in the suite. Hotel slightly dated. "

"The location of the property was very good, and the staff was amazing throughout our stay(5 stars) Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and made the experience much better. A couple of areas could be improved though — the pool could use more umbrellas for shade, and our room had a weird plumbing smell. Overall, the excellent staff and great location were the highlights"

"The building is beautiful and historical. The rooms were nice size and clean. I have a couple of issues that really need to be addressed. The Wifi is horrible. So so slow. I assume part of the resort fee is for wifi? Almost impossible to adjust the water temperature in the shower. It was generally steaming hot and unable to adjust it to warm or it was ice cold and had to turn on and off several times to get it warm again. Finally, check the bill. I was charged for in room movies which I did not use. I was told this was also an issue. "
