Pousada Bahia Tambor is a great option. Well located, service out of 10! The Pousada offers some amenities - we got drinks in 3 restaurants we visited. I will certainly return.

Upon arriving already we were having issues with the staff. We don’t speak Portuguese but we were using Google Translate with them which is fine we don’t expect for the staff to speak English. However, after 2 days of traveling to get there we did request to check in a bit early (15-30 min) after being absolutely disgusting from planes, bus, and ferry rides. The woman at the check in desk literally laughed in our faces when we explained to her that we just want a shower and we were aware that the room was ready. Throughout our stay we were rejected simple services that hotels offer like room cleaning service and had to request several times for someone to come and clean the room and request fresh towels. In the end we also had to sweep our own floors in the rooms. We ended up checking out 2 days early from their lack of service and when requesting a refund for the nights not used they refused and tried to get us to sign a form in Portuguese that we stayed the whole time we were supposed to. Thank god for Google Translate.

A pousada é estrategicamente localizada no final da segunda praia. Perto do centrinho e das outras praias tambem. Ficamos no quarto de cima de frente pro e foi maravilhoso ter acesso a vista. Kelly foi otima no atendimento. O cafe da manha super variado e delicioso. O nosso quarto ficou ao lado de um restaurante com musica ao vivo a noite porem possui duas portas de vidro que isolam o barulho, entao nao incomodou. Ficariamos Novamente num futuro. Excelente!

O quarto estava muito limpo, cheiroso e aconchegante! Apesar de estarmos no agito da passarela da segunda praia (localização excelente!) o isolamento acústico foi adequado. Toalhas impecáveis e roupas de cama idem! Chuveiro maravilhoso! E ar-condicionado funcionando muito bem! O café da manhã estava muito bom! Com muitas opções, inclusive saudáveis. A piscina com hidromassagem fica no rooftop e é maravilhosa! Voltando da praia tem chuveiro disponível para tirar areia do corpo/pé. Os funcionários tanto do café, da limpeza e da recepção foram muito atenciosos e me ajudaram com tudo. Eu voltaria e altamente recomendo.

O hotel é super bem localizado. Conta com um espaço lindo no terraço com piscina e bar. Além disso, logo em frente, o hotel disponibiliza cadeiras para maior conforto na praia. Muito bem localizada para quem gosta de tudo a mão. Pertinho do centrinho e das praias. Confortável, excelente café da manhã, área de piscina sensacional, manutenção em dia. Únicos detalhes a ponderar: falta um porta sabonete na pia e local para pendurar toalha de mão, a lixeira do banheiro precisa ser de pedal e precisa de local para pendurar as roupas molhadas, sugiro varal retrátil sobre a banheira, fica prático e escorre adequadamente. Inicialmente ficaríamos apenas 4 noites na pousada, porém tudo foi tão bom e agradável que optamos por extender e ficar uma noite a mais. Os colaboradores da pousada são incríveis, todos muito atenciosos e dedicados. Um agradecimento em especial a recepcionista Kelly que nos ajudou em todos os momentos que precisamos.
