From the moment we stepped into the reception, our experience was fantastic. Ali and Ramy were absolutely amazing—incredibly welcoming and efficient. Our room was ready on time with the extra bed already set up for my child, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely fruit basket waiting for us. A special shout-out goes to Rania from Guest Relations. When I mentioned it was my brother's birthday, she went above and beyond to make the day extra special—she decorated the room beautifully and even coordinated with the restaurant staff to surprise him with a celebratory cake and birthday wishes during dinner. That level of care truly touched us. The entertainment was top-notch; there was a great show after the reception that kept the kids thoroughly entertained. We also spent a lot of time at the aqua park, which was a huge hit with both the children and myself. I must also mention the restaurant—it has clearly undergone a huge renovation and is now better than ever, with delicious food and excellent service (special thanks to merna). We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely be repeating this experience. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the pool experience was a little disappointing. We booked this hotel specifically because they advertised a water park but when we arrived, the pool was ice cold and the slides were closed for the season. I really want to highlight that the staff were absolutely wonderful- truly welcoming professionals. They did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. If you’re hoping to enjoy the pool, I would recommend checking to see if it’s a good time of year. We were there during the last few days of Ramadan, in March. In hindsight, I see this wasn’t an optimal time for a pool visit.

The room was very comfortable and nice. The staff was very friendly and polite. Top tier service. My only complaint is the hotel lobby area is very heavy in smoke. Also, the room attached to my room was a bit loud and the sound came right through the shared door. Otherwise, great place to stay.

The outdoor pool is nice, however, as soon as you walk into the hotel the AC is very high and cold, we all got sick for that reason, we complained several times about this issue and it was neglected until they saw how ill we all became and the AC was then reduced at an acceptable normal level. The pool staff are lovely, the breakfast and breakfast staff are lovely, however overall hotel food, very limited options, its best to eat out but the issue to that is limited transport, everything needs a car there is nothing walking distance. Its more of a 3, maybe pushing 4 star hotel compared to other hotels I have been to.

The hotel itself is very nice. The staff is super helpful and friendly. A little pushy with giving 5* reviews . The mosquitoes were a bit much and sitting outside is quite annoying because of that. The access to get to the hotel is a pure nightmare to be honest. Not one taxi driver could find the entrance. It is very difficult to get there.

So So

Our room was never cleaned properly. Dust bunnies in all corners, they don’t really wash the floor but dry mop it. Toilet flushing buttons were never wiped clean and ironing board was left out. The curtains are set high and heavy and half falling off. Air conditioner temperature control really didn’t work well and was too cold so we shut it off to adjust the temperature. The fridge in the room was never stocked and they were going to charge me like I drank the entire minibar. The charge was removed. Bibi’s restaurant was good. Communication wasn’t that great.

Drinks are wayyyyy over priced 30$ a piece. Only some staff was nice. When I checked in no one explained to me where things were or what time things stay open. The stores inside the hotel try to scam tourists and over sell things you never asked for.

The whole hotel experience was terrible, we checked in late and they said they will get our rooms ready which suppose to be ready few hours before we checked in , on top of all this the rooms wasn’t operational our shower was broken , the safe doesn’t work as well and one of the chairs was broken as well , and if this wasn’t bad enough our sliding doesn’t even lock so anyone could come into our room overall 0/10 would never stay here ever again wouldn’t recommend

Hotel is really fantastic a real top, high class hotel, special in Egypt. The only disadvantage is its location is far from the touristic spots.

The AC was a bit noisy and I could n’t lower the fan speed. Actually, I have not reported that because I was outside most of the time. However, the overall experience was great.

Everything was excellent. Only issue i had was the spa, the lady seemed persistent to have services and kept shop open till past 1 am. And wouldnt seem to take no. That we had to go.

Excellent hotel!

Excellent hotel! Perfect food and very comfortable beds. Also very friendly staff. The pool view room was amazing too!
