"Family of 5. Fantastic for larger families travelling. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Well located Kitchen amenities and a washing machine if needed. Communication with staff is great through WhatsApp. Don’t be turned away by idea that apartment is separate location from main hotel. Everything is close proximity. 5-10 min walk in any direction to amenities and sights"

"The spa was an extra €40 to use which the included the hot tub and sauna so this should have been mentioned. There is also a charge to use the shuttle into town which was not explained or advertised. There was no free water in the rooms. To access WiFi that was good enough for video call use was also an extra fee of €20 per day. We got there late on the first eve at 11.20 amd although room service was advertised until 12 we were told there was no kitchen service and absolutely nothing to eat - not even snacks that eve. As much as we liked the hotel, all of the above definitely detracted from the experience. "
