"The person that checked us in was very welcoming, we were given a bottle of wine as we chose the eco option due to staying two nights. The foyer, lifts and corridor to our room were clean, clutter free and well decorated. Our room was spacious, clean and very welcoming, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Everything in the bathroom was immaculate and the hand soap etc was great quality. We had a great nights sleep, the room was a great temperature and the curtains kept the streetlight out. We went to the bar both nights and the staff there were also great, the choice and quality of the drinks were great too. We’d definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Poor parking area. Poor bar. Very poor external decor. We were not warned that an engagement party was on Saturday and they did not have their own bra but their function room would be using the hotel bar. So it meant we had to go out for a drink elsewhere."

"Very poor. Heating not working phone broken, room very cold.Given a very small oil heater not much use at all. Requested blankets twice! Had to go to reception! Eventually povided an extra duvet. Staff surly and did not seem to care at all. No offer of any compensation for a terrible night in this place."
