A no nonsense, good quality hotel. Highlight was a well sized twin room, decent gym / swimming pool and friendly staff. Really good location a few minutes from M5 so a good place to stop off. It was great value considering the facilities and standard overall of the hotel.
1 night stay, couldn't fault the place. Very clean, rooms are spacious and amenities were great. Lots of parking and EV charges if you need them. Good value for money.
Reasonable, rooms were OK, my main issue was the blackout curtains were useless room 162. Too much light at night from outside street lights. Positive, good connections to motorway and pool.
Great value for a night for our family and breakfast, inclusive of use of pool which waa tired but fine for us

The sofa bed was the sole complaint but because it was so springy and uncomfortable both children did not sleep well and neither did we because of the loud noise every time one of them moved! The staff at check in/check out, the bar, at breakfast and at the pool were super friendly and helpful.
Nice enough hotel although getting dated. Food was fine. Just the place badly needs a lift to the upper floors. Bwe managed but it spoilt the experience for a coupme with heart issues.
Happy with our stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms with comfy beds. I liked the dressing gowns and slippers which were handy for the pool. Breakfast was good and evening meal was nice. Overall a good hotel that served us well for a weekend break

Nice hotel. Suitable for a work stopover. Bed was comfortable and having room service is a big plus! Some of the decor needs a bit of an update, but a good option overall for anyone in the area. Parking costing an additional £8 is not surprising, but a shame.
We had a five night stay in total. Our room was upgraded so we were in a large and newly refurbished superior king. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
