Great location in the city centre. I had quite a few bags, and was just given a luggage trolley to take these up to my room myself and then bring the trolley back down to reception.
Rooms are old, but clean, tidy and comfortable. No shower cap which is always a pain.
Great location, within CBD and close to many shops and restaurants. At the time of stay (June 2026), there were road constructions next to the hotel and the workers did night work until midnight-1am, which was a bit noisy. Staff very friendly. Breakfast basic.
I stayed at the studio room. Just one bed room provide laundary machines and kitchen. It was my mistake of not to carefully checking the condition.
Toilet shower water pressure is not so strong for your consideration.
All others were quite good and comfortable and accessible within centre of the CBD area.
I am a returning guest, hotel is well located to attractions and is suitably priced

An ok place to stay bed comfortable night city views amazing.
We have stayed in much better hotels in Brisbane.
We won't return. Location great.
One receptionist was lovely at check in yesterday .
The other receptionist was going to call us for an earlier check in but she did not call us i said to my husband we wont get a call .
I could tell she was just going through the motions flat personality for a welcolm receptionist.
Saying hello seamed an effort for a return morning from reception this morning.
Breakfast was nice we were given two scrambled eggs the order was a fried and one scrambled we just ate quickly to leave our coffees very small.
Room small and smelly on entry yesterday old and tired. Better places to stay .
Nice modern hotel in the heart of the city . A minute to queen street mall. There was some construction at the road in front but it didn’t really hinder our stay. The two bedroom apartment was large for an inner
The staff was wonderful! They initially upgraded our room and when the air conditioning didn’t work they immediately moved us to another room and comped us for the inconvenience.
The area around the hotel has a lot to see and do.
