Clean and Spacious room. The staff were very helpful, including organizing a microwave for our room at the last minute. Good off street parking and an easy walk to the nearest river ferry terminal for travel into Brisbane City. Would stay at this accommodation again.

The staff were very helpful - they were quite accomodating in allowing me to store my bags before checking in. Once I did check in, the room far exceeded my expectations. I had booked a room with 1 queen bed, stair access only. Instead I was upgraded to a room with lift access, 1 queen bed and two twin beds. The room was clean, the hotel felt safe, and the location was conveniently close to the airport. I could not have been happier with my stay.

Room was perfect, clean and tidy. Friendly staff, only suggestion would be to remove the advertisement of having a shuttle to the airport as this is what initially drew me to book a room, only to get there and find the shuttle service has been cancelled. But! In saying that, an uber was super easy to book and less than 10mins from the airport so not a huge issue, simply a suggestion.

Easy location between town and airport. Modern shower, good temp range but not too powerful. All necessary amenities. Clean comfy beds. Only tip would be better wi-fi instructions. (Very helpful with our late checkin, so didn’t want to bother her later when we’d settled in-and not all that essential)
