"The check-in and check-out process was very easy and fast without a deposit. The FO gave me a room with a nice view, the sea and the pool. The room was clean, the AC was cold, the shower was very strong. but now they don't provide bar soap, shower cap, toothbrush in the bathroom but when you check in, they will ask for this and if you need it, they will give it to you. everything is ok, only the security in front of the lobby door must be alert if guests bring a lot of luggage. "This is a very fine modern hotel located in the heart of Kota Kinabulu. We particularly appreciated the fact that it was a short walk to the restaurant row on the waterfront which offered outdoor seating and a variety of cuisines."

"Fine for the price but the accommodation is tired, the toilets block (two rooms in our group had this problem) and the showers can flood through the gap to the rest of the bathroom. Beds are comfortable enough. Really dirty underneath the beds though in all the rooms our group had. Breakfast was good and we also had one dinner here which was good too. Good, central location and not too noisy. "
