"We stayed in a Palm Villa and it was amazing. Loved everything about it, especially the breakfast delivered by boat. We spent a lot of time on our deck and in and out of the water. All staff were friendly and genuine. Food at all meals was great. Snorkeling around the property to look for giant clams was a highlight."

"Hotel was close to local attractions, restaurants and river. My room had a great view of the river. Bed was comfortable and had coffee and tea making facilities and a fridge. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of several cuisines. I found each member of staff that I interacted with to be friendly, courteous and helpful. "Second time I have stayed here and always for more than 2 weeks ,location is perfect being at the shopping centre . The room is perfect , good bathroom , good bed , AC and TV all good , Gym and pool both very good . The staff are the best . My only issue is that the hotel shares the access ramp with the shopping centre car park and on the weekend it can take 20 minutes just to get up and down the access ramp . and my driver has to pay just to drop and pick me up , the hotel really needs its...
